Description: CPS Property Group were the Project Manager for the construction of the 160 room $30m IBIS Glen Waverly Hotel (St Hilliers were the main contractor). Following hand over CPS then acted as contractor to complete the fit out of the ground level reception, bar and restaurant and FFE (beds, furniture, linen, etc) for all 160 rooms. |
